We currently ship anywhere within the United States.

How long does shipping take?


“Orders are processed within 4 business days, then shipped. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

How do I track my order?


As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can use that link anytime to check the status and delivery updates of your package.

Can I pick up my order?


Yes! We offer free local pickup for those near Waverly, Ohio. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with the pickup address and instructions for pickup.

Can I pay cash?


Yes, we accept cash for local pickup orders. Orders must be set up directly with us, as cash payments cannot be processed through our website. Because we are not a storefront, we kindly ask that you bring exact change.

How do I checkout?


To place an order, add your items to your cart and click checkout. If you’re planning to pay cash for local pickup, please arrange your order with us directly, as cash checkout is not available online.

I tried to pay my invoice but it says the items are sold out?


If your invoice shows items as sold out, it means they were purchased before payment was completed. Since our website does not hold inventory, all items are first come, first served. If you’d like, feel free to reach out and we can help you find something similar.
